As the impact of COVID-19 sets in, we at Shutterway have swiftly adapted to responsibly manage our business and the security requirements of our clients, whilst doing our bit to quell the spread of the Coronavirus.
Andre Holland, Managing Director, had the following to add:
“As always, our primary consideration is to ensure that you, our clients, are at the centre of everything we do. We are confident that we have sufficient controls in place to ensure that it is business as usual for us in terms of managing and servicing your security needs.
As a firm, we have minimised all non-essential travel. We hope that by doing so, we are responsibly playing our part in the fight against the spread of the Coronavirus. We will still be undertaking site visits and installations but will be practising safe social distancing during such visits. All production and office staff are adhering to hygiene controls.
Importantly, we remain committed to our service delivery. We encourage clients to utilise our online quote request process to submit sizing for quotations. We are continually monitoring this unprecedented unfolding situation and will adapt our responses as required.
Please feel free to call us anytime should you have questions or require any assistance on 021 510 1540
Thank you for your continued trust.”
Footnote: The above commentary was before the president’s announcement – Shutterway is complying to the national shutdown and our factory is closed for as long as the government restrictions are in place. Sales and office staff are working remotely and are on hand to assist any queries over this time. Please visit our contact page to see the various channels you can engage with us on.
